Mr. Firoze Kapadia is the Chief Financial Officer for Royal Capital and is responsible for overseeing financial affairs as well as investment, for the group and its group companies.

He brings to the role nearly 27 years of experience in the areas of accounting, human resources,
management, and strategic planning, his vast career includes number of senior management positions. Prior to joining Royal Capital, he was the Executive Director of Treasury and Investment at Sorouh PJSC.

He was also responsible for implementing the Mayo College franchise which eventually led to
establishing the first branded Indian curriculum school in Abu Dhabi, UAE
He hold a B.Sc Degree from University of Bombay and also a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants –UK (ACCA).
